Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We ensure extra care in shipping each and every item. All items are shipped either USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Most often, your order can be shipped the next business day but may take up to 3 days. Please keep this in mind when ordering for the holidays and choose a faster shipping option for guaranteed arrival at a sooner date. During the holiday season November through December, your item may take a few more days to ship than our standard time.
Please note delivery estimates are from time of shipping not time of order.
Touch of Soi is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
There is no insurance we can add to an order that will replace or refund an order that tracks as delivered. If there is a delivery issue with your order please contact the shipping company immediately for assistance.
Return & Exchange Policy
Since all products are handmade and hand-poured, all sales are final. If an item should arrive damaged or you were sent the wrong item, Please contact us to submit a claim.
All claims must be provided with your order number. If you received the wrong item please provide us with a picture of the item you did receive including an image of the product barcode. If you received a damaged or imperfect item, please provide pictures of the damaged product including packaging. We will follow up with the next steps.
